Grass Fed Filet Mignon

Directions:
Used 3 Eyez Seasoning, Red Baron Spice, Pepper Plant BBQ sauce as the marinade in the Marinade Express. Vaccum and Rotated for 20 minutes, then seared the filets on my grill grates for about 90 seconds vertically, then horizontal on each side. Afterwards, we smoked till internal got to 145, and pulled. Shelle had been preparing a garlic parmesan spread to top on the filets after we pulled them off. Had a little thermometer trouble, but these came out tasty. Green Beans and 2wice baked potatoes, and some vino made for a great combo.
