Desired Internal Temperature:
This was my first try at a pizza on the Memphis.
Went to my local Pizzaria and purchased some fresh dough from them, let it rise a little on the counter and then stretched it thin.
Put some fresh arrabiata sauce, hot italian sausage and some fresh mozzarella on it.
preheated the Memphis to 600 with the pizza stone in it, put in the pie, opened it at 6 minutes, it was delicious!
