Desired Internal Temperature:
about 2 hrs
Thick sliced bacon lattice sprinkled with Montreal steak seasoning
Roll out 2 lbs hamburger meat
Add bacon slices cooked earlier on the Memphis Pro
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Roll up and Sprinkle with a little rib rub.
I was trying to keep it where the kids would eat it (no veggies).
Cooked some spuds with a little olive oil, salt, and garlic pepper.
Also some moinks.
