Desired Internal Temperature:
Cooking Time: 1.5 hours
Pallets Used: Pellets
Directions:
I used Big Poppa`s recipe on the ABTs Split and remove seeds from 12 jalapenos Fill with cream cheese Place smoky cocktail weenie on top Wrap with 1/2 piece of thick sliced bacon Sprinkled with a little Cookshack rib rub Cooked 1.5 hrs. on Memphis Pro @ 275 Moinks I used frozen precooked meatballs Wrap with 1/2 piece of thick sliced bacon Sprinkled with Cookshack rib rub Cooked on the Memphis Pro @ 275 for 1.5 hrs. Dipped in Cookshack Spicy BBQ sauce Cooked 7 more minutes to glaze sauce I used BBQers Delight Pellets Apple in one hopper, Hickory in the other I used Frogmats on the grill
