MAK Grill 2 Star General
Desired Internal Temperature:
I started the MAK grill on high, with the flame zone cover removed, and the grill grates on. The steak was rubbed with a little extra virgin olive oil, Lawry`s garlic salt and some Kirkland steak seasoning.
I pulled the steak at 145F internal temperature and let it rest for five minutes before cutting to serve.
Jacket potatoes and steamed spinach with a little butter complete the meal.
