Cooking Grill: Memphis Pro, Grill Grates
Pit Temperature: 550
Desired Internal Temperature:
Cooking Time: 5 minutes per side
Pallets Used: Pellets
Directions:
2 hours prior to cooking, season 1" thick aged ribeye on both sides with freshly cracked pepper and a pinch of sea salt. Allow steaks to reach room temperature, then place on Grill Grates @ 550 Cook 5 minutes per side for medium
