Burgundy Pepper Baja Steaks

Cooking Grill: Mak
Pit Temperature: 350
Desired Internal Temperature: 140ish
Cooking Time: about 30 minutes
Pallets Used: Briquettes
Here is the marinade I tossed into the marinade express for 24 minutes: 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 cup garlic olive oil 1/2 cup Rock and Roll Tobin James 2 tablespoons ketchup 2 tablespoons molasses I also sprinkled some Lawry`s on one side, and then Jensen`s Tri Tip seasoning on the other side. Tossed them on the MAK for 30 minutes then let sit for 10-15 minutes, and then chowed down on some tasty steaks. If you haven`t had Baja steaks before you are missing out!
