Started them off in the warmer box for about 15 minutes for some added smoke flavor. Then on the grill at 250* until the IT hit 115*. At that point the steaks went back into the warmer box while the grill heated up to High. Once up to temp the steaks went on a set of Grill Grates over the Flame Zone for about 4 minutes per side and then rested for about 10 minutes before serving with a side of baked potato and vegetables.
