Cooking Grill: Horizontal Wood Burner

Desired Internal Temperature: watched for pullback on bone

To add an extra layer of flavor to the ribs, I brushed them with bacon drippings. Then sprinkled with Harley`s dry rub. Placed them in my horizontal wood burner with a bit of hickory...then when they had the amount of pull back I wanted, I slathered them with Billy Sims spicy Q sauce. I let them smoke a bit longer to let the sauce glaze.
