Fish Tacos with Chipotle Slaw

I went fishing last weekend...
Didn`t catch anything so I had to use what fish I had on hand. :)
My favorite is atlantic cod.
First I made the chipotle slaw..
Mix 1/2 cup of mayo
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped (you can use more)
some chopped onion
salt to taste
a squeeze of lime juice
and 1 bag of pre-shredded cabbage
chill while grilling the fish.
I brushed the fillets with olive oil and sprinkled with lemon pepper. Grill the fish then the flour tortillas..
Top the fish tacos with chipotle slaw and some fresh pico de gallo.
