I gathered some morel mushrooms and wild onions... marinated my venison backstrap steaks in Andrea`s Steak Marinade for about 3 hours.
Sauteed the wild onions in butter with minced garlic. Added the morels...
Grilled the venison steaks until just pink in the center. (about 7 minutes per side).
