Placed Prime Rib in Tumbler with - EVOO,Garlic Pepper,2 Buck Chuck,Fresh Parsley,Fresh Onion,Onion Powder,Fresh Garlic, Worcestershire and let it tumble for 45 minutes while the MAK got to 500(yes it gets to 500-clean the pot) - Placed Prime Rib on Rib Rack on indirect side and turned MAK down to 250 until 138 internal. Pulled off and let sit with tented foil. Cut at 140 Mushrooms were sauteed in EVOO,Fresh Garlic,Garlic Salt,Fresh Parsley,Fresh Onion and Sherry wine, with a touch of Worcestershire.
