Directions:
Followed the Big Man`s recipe on this one, left it to marinate in the fridge overnight, tossed in on the grill at 7am and was ready for dinner at 6. I modified the end a little by using barbecue sauce and a doppel beer in the foil. turned out great, tender and delicious. The Memphis Select doesnt go to 180 degrees, lowest it smokes is 225, still worked great!
