2 - 10# pork butts on Memphis, this grill is amazing, set it and forget it!
Injected with Guinness, sugar, salt, and whatever else sounded good in the fridge,
Used mix of brown sugar, paprika, salt, chili powder, and dry mustard as rub,
slathered pork in yellow mustard, rubbed it, sprayed with pam.
Left it overnight in fridge to get delicious and then tossed it on the grill!
