I marinated this bird with Italian dressing in the Marinade Express. After marinating I dusted it with Montreal seasoning and garlic salt, popped it onto a BUD LIGHT, and then tossed it into the Mak. It was a small bird so it cooked fast, but I am going to try it at 325 next time.
