The Baja Steak I have only found at Spencer`s here in San Luis Obispo, CA. It`s a cut from the top shoulder clod...very tender.
Seasoned it up with my house rub and tossed it on for about an hour...to be honest, I forget. But get the internal to around 140 and you`re good to go! Love these Bajas!!!
