Desired Internal Temperature:
I thinly sliced 2 Flank Steaks and put in the Marinator for 20 minutes - Onion Powder, Garlic Pepper, Montreal Steak Seasoning, and One Beer.
Set your MAK Pellet Boss to the Smoke Setting and Never touch it. Place Flank Steak on Frog Mat(on the main grill) and let is smoke for 2 hours. Then instead of turning each piece after two hours, I created a pile(lazy mans turn) in the middle of the MAK and let smoke for another 1.5 hours. It came out Perfect.
