Directions:
Salt and Pepper both sides I tried 4 different marinades/sauces: -Injected Yoshida`s, Teriyaki garlic marinade -Injected and marinaded with Franks Red Hot -Marinaded with Tomato Habanero BBQ sauce -Marinaded with Mama Concha Chipotle Salsa Start with skin up Flip at 160, open all vents and sear Everything turned out great, but seared 2 too much :) Chipotle was my favorite
