Desired Internal Temperature: 135
Cooking Time: 1.5 Hours
Pallets Used: Lump
Directions:
Marinate with Mr. Yoshida`s cooking sauce Salt both sides Fill with blue cheese, pine and/or walnuts, and parsley Roll into a pinwheel Apply black pepper outside Smoke for about 1.5 hours, pull at 135 degrees, rest for 10min Slice for individual servings
