Pizza on the Memphis Pro

Directions:
Ok this is a neat way to make pizza...Put a frogmat on the grill. Preheat it to 600.( Oh yours cant get to 600? This one gets to 650 and quick!) I went to Trader Joes and bought his Dough. Brushetta sauce and pepperoni, Pancetta, Quatro Fromaggio , and Reggiano Pamesean Place a handful of flour on the rolling surface and roll to shape. When done take a large piece of tin foil and coat it with Olive Oil. Place the pizza on the foil and take out to the grill. With your hand underneath the foil just flip the dough on the grill> Brilliant. Then load up with your fillings and cook for about seven minutes at 600...pull slice and burn the roof of your mouth!
