Meatball Party Sub

My friend Dargie and I decided to do meatball sandwiches the other day. We had our minds set on actual Hoagie rolls but they didn`t have any. So we went with the French Loaf. Ingredients: *2lbs 15% fat Harris Ranch Ground Beef *Diced Garlic *Diced Sweet Onion *Italian Parsley *Fresh Basil Leaves *Italian Style Bread Crumbs *Eggs *Milk *Shredded Mozzarella and Parmesan Mixed ingredients and rolled to slightly larger than a golf ball. 40min at 350 in the MAK. Carved out the French loaf. Lined the inside with a tiny bit of olive oil, mozzarella/parmesan and baked for a few minutes. Threw down a small amount of marinara sauce, then meatballs, tiny bit more sauce, more cheese and baked again until the cheese melted. Pretty messy but fun and damn good!
