Grilled pineapple

Cooking Grill: German Grill
Pit Temperature: 500
Desired Internal Temperature: done
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Pallets Used: Lump
Directions:
Easy, easy, easy... I sliced a fresh pineapple & lightly coated with a local cajun rub.The rails on the Grill Grates read about 650 degrees with my infrared gun. Grill on each side till marks are done (just a couple of minutes per side). These taste really good. Great juicy sweet hot combo. Great for appetizer or side dish.
