Cooking Time: 1 hour 15 minutes

Preheat your MAK to 325 In a food processor put 1lb ground beef, 1/3 lb ground pork, 1/3 ground veal and one sweet italian sausage without the casing. Pulse and blend well. Ad 1.5 cups panko bread crumbs, 1/2 onion finely diced, 1/2 red bell pepper also finely diced 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 1/2 can diced tomatos, 1 egg, I package of onion soup mix salt and pepper. Mix together completely...(use your hands its easier) Take cleaned bell peppers that have the top chopped off and scrape lightly the insides with a spoon and stuff with meat mixture. Put Tabasco Ketchup (normal ketchup if you cant find the Tabasco...but the Tabasco is one of their best products) sprinkle the top with shredded mozzarella and put in the smoker for 1 hour and 15 minutes....
