Kurobuta Pork Chops with an Orange Glaze

Ok season the chops to your hearts content...I used the trusty Lemon Pepper and Garlic salt and the Hasty Bake Greek Seasoning.
Ive lit the german grill and it is raging. I put the chops on for 30 seconds Enough time to grab the camera...then I move them crosswise to give the serious marks...flip for the 30 cycle and then rest for 10 minutes while the Grill comes down. The German Grill is really quite controllable.
the corn was maple chipotle butter smoked on the MAK
Put in smoker on indirect side with the fire lowered to the bottom and glaze and turn at 115 and then glaze and pull at 140...let it rest for a couple minutes and dig in
