Spicy Garlic Chicken Caesar Wrap

Cooking Grill: MAK
Pit Temperature: 350
Desired Internal Temperature: 160
Cooking Time: 25 Minutes
Pallets Used: Pellets
Marinated the chicken in a Ginger Mandarin Dressing. Then pre-heated Mak to 350 - I then did some Smoked Raviolis(Four Cheese and Lobster) as an appetizer-Marinated with EVOO and Garlic Salt-15 minutes on Grill grates flipped at 8 minutes. Put chicken on till Internal hit 147. Then place the chicken on the grill grates to get a nice sear. Pulled off at 160. Then brushed Buffalo Wild Wings Spicy Garlic sauce. Chopped up the chicken,some Romaine,Grated some Fresh Parmesan, spread Caesar dressing on the tortilla. Then put some Bob Gibsons Habenero Sauce on the plate for dunking the wrap....
