OK follow the spatchcock chicken recipe....I seasoned this chicken with a healty abount of garlic salt and haty bake chicken rub and fresh ground tellicherry pepper!
When the temp hit 155 I coated both sides and then some with Big Bob Gibsons White Sauce. Finished the chicken to 164...
This is fabulous sauce when you allow it to bake onto the chicken
