Desired Internal Temperature: 164
Cooking Time: 30 Min
Pallets Used: Pellets
Seasoned The Breasts with Lemon Pepper, Garlic Salt, and a sprinkle of Paprika. Smoked the Chicken on the MAK till internal temp was 100, then flipped until 164. Chicken had a ton of flavor, and brushed some Stonewall Kitchen Maple Chipotle Grille sauce after...Shelle made some awesome rice and salad. Perfect Meal.
