Fire Cracked Ribs

Cooking Grill: BPS Smoker
Pit Temperature: 225
Desired Internal Temperature: The Flex Baby
Cooking Time: 2 hours
Pallets Used: Lump
Directions:
St Louis Spare ribs with garlic salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder and a little rub I use on my steaks. I let cook for an hour then covered with some Stubs Spicy BBQ Sauce . Wrapped half way with foil then let cook for another hour.
