Cooking Time: 3.5 hours

Directions:
edited 7-4-2010 preheat the smoker to 225- 250 You choose prepare the ribs with Frenches "glue" Mustard Used bone sucking rub this time applyed liberally and then put a light sheen of p[am to hold and placed bone side down on the grill. Cook for 1.5 hours turn over cook for another 45 minutes then apply brown sugar and clover honey tiger sauce gently and an `s` of parkay` Thats right Parkay. Wrap in foil for 1/2 hour....in the mean time either turn your mak to high or have a charcoal grill heated up to caramelize and tighten up the ribs I used the German grill for this. You dont want grill marks you want caramelization. If You dont have the grill just sauce and cook for another ten minutes After tigtening up apply sauce...I used Big Bob Gibsons Red Sauce and cut and served
