Halibut in Lemon Galic Butter

Cooking Grill: MAK
Pit Temperature: 400
Desired Internal Temperature:
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Pallets Used: Pellets
Pre heat MAK to 400 Melt half a cube of butter and melt, add 1 1/2 cup of white wine, six cloves of crused garlic, juice of 1/2 lemon coat the fish with light amount of olive oil season with garlic salt, and lemon pepper. Place the fish on the grill grates and cover for four minutes. Transfer to oven proof dish or foil pan and pour butter/wine mixture over the fish and move to the side of the smoker and cover and cook for another 10 minutes and serve....
