Fillet Mingon with Blue Cheese

Cooking Grill: BPS Smoker
Pit Temperature: 225
Desired Internal Temperature: 150
Cooking Time:
Pallets Used: Lump
Season the Fillet Mingon with a Montreal steak steak seasoning and garlic salt. Wrapped the sides with bacon.Used my gas grill at 425 to sear both sides. About 10 degrees before added the crumbled blue cheese and then pulled at 150. Very tender and juicy. Served with a baked potato.
