Pulled Pork Soup

Cooking Grill: Meadow Creek PR60
Pit Temperature: 225
Desired Internal Temperature: 195
Cooking Time: 2 hours for soup

OK Another leftover recipe that is a big hit around the Poppa`s crib Dice Onions Carrots Celery Red Bell Pepper Yellow Pepper 8 garlic cloves, lightly salt and generously add ground pepper... sauté till slightly caramelized add 3 quarts of stock...(I used turkey stock this time...thank god for Thanksgiving and freezers) Add 4 large cans of baked beans, and one 12 oz beer. Take all of your left over pulled pork and put in soup.....The Bark is the secret seasoning...all of the good smoke flavor and rub dissolves into the stock....Bring to a boil reduce and cover and simmer for 2 hours and serve with cornbread......
