BBQ Chicken

Cooking Grill: Bubba Keg
Pit Temperature: 400
Desired Internal Temperature: 160
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Pallets Used: Lump
Directions:
Tried a new technique I saw the other night. Rub the boneless chicken breasts with EVOO & add salt & pepper. Place closely on direct flame for a minute or 2 to sear the outside. Remove & put in foil tray & baste with sauce. Place on high rack & bake at 400 till 160 degrees internal. Very easy & cooks the chicken well.
