Asian Smoked Sugar Snap Peas

Cooking Grill: MAK
Pit Temperature: 400
Desired Internal Temperature:
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Pallets Used: Pellets
Directions:
Wash and trim the snap peas. Put them in a gallon bagggie and pour a little sesame oil, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar to cover. Heat MAK to 400 and place the peas on a frogmat on top of the grill grates. Smoke for 15 minutes and serve
