Simple Shrimp Salad

Cooking Grill: MAK
Pit Temperature: 450
Desired Internal Temperature: When Done
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Pallets Used: Pellets
Marinaded shrimp in Good Seasons Salad Dressing, Squeezed Orange, Squeezed Lemon and Fresh Garlic. Put in Tumbler for 20 minutes. I then used Fire Wire(hugh fan). Pre-Heated Mak at 450 degrees and then put shrimp on Grill Grates(these are awesome). MAK kept on high the entire time. Flipped Shrimp at 6 minutes and then cooked for another 4 minutes. Salad is the Grand Fiesta(Costco) Ready Pac mix. Enjoy
