Leftover Soup You know how you get to smokin the refrigerator starts filling up with leftovers? The Signifigant other wants to throw it away or is asking what to do with them....I will from time to time give you some things that work for me. This is a improv....went to the pantry and [pulled stuff out and it tasted great. Start by dicing Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Celery, and Carrots. Then dice all of your meat that you have in the fridge...I used prime rib, chicken breast,the meat off baby backs, and pulled pork I put a few spoons of the bacon fat along with some red bell pepper olive oil and garlic olive oil and crumbled bacon and put the veggies in a big pot. I seasoned them with Cowgrils Apple Pecan Smoked Sea Salt (the secret weapon!) Black pepper roasted garlic powder and onion powder. When translucent add all the meat and mix together and brown a comple of minutes...Start adding Two Corona beers, 64 oz of chicken stock, one can of Marzanno tomatos and one can of quality tomato sauce one half little can of tomato paste, one can of enchilada sauce one container fresh slasa of your choice bring to a boil and then cover and simmer for about 2.5 hours.
