Simple Smoked Chicken

Pit Temperature: 315
Desired Internal Temperature: 165
Cooking Time: one hour
Pallets Used: Lump
Directions:
just take some chicken and put in a gallon baggie and put you rub and seasonings along with a coating of EVOO. This time I used Garlic salt and lemon pepper. Heat your coals nice and red gray....put the chicken on bone side down and flip at about 40 minutes.....pull at one hour.... The Meadow Creek is a really fast and hot smoker...Built like a tank!
