Directions:
I love Pulled Pork Sandwiches! Bought a small Butt at Costco .Gave it a Mustard/Apple Vinegar bath then applied lots of BPS team rub. Used Hickory wood and smoked for 8hrs. Finished at 190, foiled and in the cooler for 2 hrs. Topped off with a little home made BBQ sauce and piled high on toasted Garlic Bread with Beans and Potato Salad on the side! Sorry, we were too hungry to wait to take pics of the side dishes! Going to make deep fried Pork taco`s with the leftovers.
