Pulled Pork Tacos

Cooking Grill: MAK
Pit Temperature: 220
Desired Internal Temperature: 195
Cooking Time: 16 hours!
Pallets Used: Briquettes
Injected the pork shoulders with Beer, apple juice, sugar , salt and worstershire sauce. rubbed with bone suckin rub Heated the MAK up to 220 and put them on. After six hours I spayed with a mixture of champagne citrus vinegar, apple and cranberry juice and water.....t reall took 16 hours this time......Wasnt supposed to be tacos but Steve Lukather (guitarist for Toto and a million others was hungry) Mirna (big Poppas sous chef!) Whipped up some homemade tortillas and we put a little Big Bob Gibson Habenero Bbq sauce and peach salsa and ate way too many!
