BBQ Chicken

Cooking Grill: Big Poppa Drum
Pit Temperature: 325
Desired Internal Temperature: 160
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Pallets Used: Lump
Directions:
Prep chicken. Remove skin then used Gro-Vac to clean. Lightly coat with EVOO, seasoning salt, & garlic pepper. Put on big drum till 150 internal temp. At that time apply good amount of Big Bob Gibson`s Habanero sauce (it`s the best). Pull off grill when internal temp reaches 160 degrees. Let rest for a few minutes. Served here with rice pilaf & salad. The chicken was real juicy & flavorful.
