Smoked Halibut

Cooking Grill: Traeger
Pit Temperature: 400
Desired Internal Temperature: ???
Cooking Time: 20 min
Pallets Used: Pellets
Lightly coat halibut with olive oil & put on hot grill grates on Traeger ( would like it to have been hotter). Flip once after about 10 minutes & cook for another 10 minutes. Remove from smoker & serve with relish. Relish is about 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes, 1 cup diced avocado, 1 tbsp minced shallot, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp chili powder, 2 tbsp cilantro, & 1 tbsp EVOO.
