The "Burger"

Cooking Grill: Komodo Kamodo / Grill Grates
Pit Temperature: 550 degrees
Desired Internal Temperature: 160 degrees
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Pallets Used: Briquettes
Grind chuck roast & form 1/2 lb. patties coating with Worcestershire sauce & garlic pepper. Cook patties on Grill Grates (these things work phenomenal for burgers) til 160 degrees internal, top with cheddar & provolone cheese & place on toasted garlic bun. Apply condiments. I like lettuce, tomato, avocado, red onion, mayo, & Grey Poupon . Served here with seasoned fries.
