dice one each of red bell pepper,yellow bell pepper and one sweet onion and sautee until soft along with 4 garlic gloves..take1/3 lb ground turkey, 1/2 lb ground pork and 3/4 lbs ground chuck beef. Mix the peppers and all the meat making sure to blend the different meat together add one egg 11/2 cup panko bread crumbs 2 tbs of sourcream generous amount of worcestershire 2 tbs or salt and pepper Make bacon weave and sprinkle with bbq rub put loaf on top of bacon weave and cover wtih aa little ketchup and make another bacon weave and cover the top. Roll into frogmat and tie and place on smoker. At 110 untie the frog mat and roll it over and pull at 165
