Time to try the American Barbecue Systems All Star....It should be called the little stud. Pre Heated to 250 Both Hasty Bake rubs....Im loving them (Obviously) sat back while it held 250 like a champ.... Let rest for 10 minutes the set on a bed of Mike Mills 17th Street Apple City BBQ sauce...little drizzle on top and wolfed it down...Incredibly tender and juicy
