13 hours total time.....In the Mak at 240....turned at 6 hours....when internal temp got to 175 wrapped in foil and poured cup of apple juice and white vinegar on it ...back on the MAK till 195.....out and rest for 30 min... put initial rub on of "toasted spice" hour 11 it stalled at 174 degrees for an hour....then took off to 195 fairly quickly....
