OK 24 hours later and we go again! Started with some more Armadillo eggs and baked potatos on the Mak, Jimbo`s Famous Kobe Beef tri-tip on the ABS All Star Ribs again on the ABS Pit Boss.....(WE tried a little different technique and temp and they were perfect!) Baja 1/2 Chickens and Free Range Chicken on the Cajun...Corn on the Cajun again with a maple Butter chipolte baste.... All of these smokers would make a bbq`er happy as a pig in Oh Yeah...FInished it off this time with a San Diego County local favorite Julian Pie...we had the Apple Cherry Crumble with Vanilla Bean
