Beef Tenderloin

Cooking Grill: MAK 2 Star
Pit Temperature: 300
Desired Internal Temperature: 135
Cooking Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
Pallets Used: Pellets
Easy Easy Easy! Preheat the MAK 2 Star, rub the meat with Garlic Olive Oil, and your favorite BPS Rub (Cash Cow, Double Secret, Little Louie's w/Pepper...), then cook until 100F internal temp then flip it over. Pull the meat at 135F internal temo and let rest for 10min and slice... Teeth not required
