Beer injected pork butt

Cooking Grill: MAK GRiLL
Pit Temperature: 220
Desired Internal Temperature: 195
Cooking Time: 14 hours
Pallets Used: Briquettes
Inject with beer, apply rub liberally, place on MAK at 220 with temp probe plugged in and set to alarm at 165(approx 12 hours). After alarm foil and add some more beer, (1/2 cup or so) cook at 250 until temp hits 195 (about 2 hours). Let rest in cooler and pull when ready to eat. You can set the user program to automatically run this sequence. 220 til MP1 hits 165; switch to 250 til MP1 hits 195; switch to smoke to "hold" until you get out to pull it off.
