Cooking Grill: MAK
Pit Temperature: 30 for veggies, 400 for fish
Desired Internal Temperature: timed
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Pallets Used: Pellets
Pre heat the MAK to 300 SLice onions and chop tomatoes and slice garlic with mandoline sprinkle with Italian Herbs and Sea Salt and Telecherry pepper Coat the Halibut with Organic Lemon Olive Oil and sprinkle with sea salt and tellecherry pepper Cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes, Raise temp to 400 and put the fish on for ten minutes a side and pull...coat fish twith tomatoe and onion garlic mix
