Directions:
BIg Poppa Smoked Bacon Guacomole Tomato Grilled ONion and Mushroom Cheddar Cheese Burgers. Preheat the MAK to 300 and place the bacon directly on the grill...it is the best bacon in the world crispy and completely flat 1 lb Chuck, 1 lb Top Sirloin Grind both on the Ktchen aid course attachment, Mix together and grind again using the fine attachment. Slice the onions and mushrooms heat skillet and toss the onions and mushrooms and drizzle the pan with Olive Oil and salt and pepper. Slice Tomato, prepare guacamole Preheat the cajun to 425 with world famous Grill Grates...cook covered for 2plus minutes then turn diagonally and resume for 3 minutes flip and grill for 3 minutes Put slices of cheese and cook for 2 minutes and get ready to assemble the most tender flavorful burger! The Cajun is a great machine for this and the MAK cant be beat either
